    Every person who plays more than once in your league must become a BCA Pool League member for your league to be sanctioned by the BCA Pool League. Please enter the total number of players in your league and the payment being submitted. The current BCA Pool League membership fee is $20 USD per player. A BCA Pool League representative will contact you via phone to collect payment or you may mail a check payable to CueSports International, 1100 Grier Dr., Las Vegas, NV 89119.
    ACKNOWLEDGEMENT & AGREEMENT
    I understand and agree to all of the following:
    1. I have read, understand, and agree to adhere to the BCA Pool League Opera­tor’s Handbook which can be found here.
    2. I understand that the BCA Pool League is a membership organization that unites independently owned leagues throughout the world. It is not a governing body and does not mandate any specific league format, structure, rules, etc. for local league play.
    3. I understand that the BCA Pool League does not grant exclusive rights or territories and I should not expect to be the only BCA Pool League in my area.
    4. I understand that timely communication is essential and I will be readily available to the BCA Pool League by phone and email.
    5. I understand that the BCA Pool League reserves the right to refuse membership to any person or league at its sole discretion for any or no reason.
    6. I understand and agree that the $600 deposit is to pay for the minimum number of new BCA Pool League members (30) and that if I fail to gain at least 30 members by the end of the calendar year, no portion of the deposit is refundable.
    7. I understand that doubles and singles divisions do not qualify players for team divisions at BCA Pool League events.
    8. I agree to submit this application and all membership fees as soon as possible, but not later than the fourth (4th) week of play. If received later than the 4th week of play, the BCA Pool League may, at its sole discretion, reject weeks played prior to receiving payment.
    9. I understand that as a League Operator, I have a responsibility to pay my league's sanction fees on time and whether I choose to collect fees from my players or not, those collection efforts have no bearing on when league balances must be remitted.
    10. I understand that if I use the FargoRate League Management System (LMS), league stats will NOT need to be submitted to the BCA Pool League. If I do not use LMS, I must submit (via postal mail or email) league stats every four (4) weeks. Stats shall include the league name, dates, and be sorted by team, indicating the number of weeks played and wins and losses for each team member. The BCA Pool League may require the use of LMS if stats are not submitted on time.
    11. I understand that if I do not use LMS, I (or my members) must bring the applicable league stats (printed) to the BCA Pool League World Championships to be added to a team as a substitute.
    12. I understand that I must submit all membership fees due each month, including players with only one week of play, and the BCA Pool League will waive the fees of those who played only one week at the conclusion of the league year only if I email a screenshots from the Membership Lookup page verifying the players only played one match for the entire year and those waived fees will be issued as a league credit for the following year and not as refunds.
    13. I understand that my league membership fee payments will be applied to my players in the order of oldest to newest based on when each player became due and I cannot request that players be renewed out of order (i.e. selective sanctioning).
    14. I understand that the BCA Pool League will waive the membership fee for my players already sanctioned (i.e. paid) through another league only if I email a screenshot from the Membership Lookup page, at the time the membership fee is due, verifying the player is already sanctioned.
    15. I understand and agree that I am responsible for timely payment of all membership fees even if I fail to collect them from my members. 
    16. I understand all eligibility requirements for my members to compete in upcoming BCA Pool League events and I understand that these requirements may change, and I should always review the latest version of the Player Guide and other event documents.
    17. I agree to submit a copy of my league’s handbook or bylaws, if it exists, to the BCA Pool League upon request.
    18. I understand that the BCA Pool League may make various changes for the betterment of the league at any time.
    19. I understand that my members who compete in BCA Pool League events must follow all rules and regulations set by the BCA Pool League and CueSports International (i.e. rules of play, dress code, conduct, etc.).
    20. I understand that I am responsible for distributing all prize money to my members exactly as stated in my local league bylaws.
    21. I agree to notify the BCA Pool League in writing if any player is disqualified from my league. I understand that the BCA Pool League reserves the right to disqualify any member, for any reason or no reason, from participating in BCA Pool League events.
    22. I understand that leagues affiliated with other organizations are welcomed and encouraged to also join the BCA Pool League (commonly called dual membership). The BCA Pool League reserves the right to accept or reject dual membership.
    23. I understand that the BCA Pool League is owned and operated by CueSports International and is not affiliated, in any way, with the Billiard Congress of America (BCA). Therefore, I will not contact the Billiard Congress of America for BCA Pool League matters.
    24. I agree to only use the official and current BCA Pool League logo in promotional materials which can always be downloaded at www.playbcapool.com.
    25. I shall not engage in illegal activity involving moral turpitude or conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit or misrepresentation.
    26. I shall not make a false statement, nor deliberately fail to disclose a material requested fact, in connection with membership with the BCA Pool League.
    27. I understand that my actions affect the image and reputation of the BCA Pool League. Therefore, I shall treat all members, leagues, and the public with dignity, respect, and courtesy. 
    28. I shall always conduct myself and my league in a fair and honest manner. I shall refrain from conduct that inhibits the expansion of the BCA Pool League, harms the BCA Pool League, reflects poorly upon the sport, adversely affects other BCA Pool Leagues, or harms the reputation of the BCA Pool League. Such conduct shall include, but it is not limited to, posting disparaging remarks on social media, spreading false information, poaching players from other BCA Pool Leagues, vulgar communication, etc.
    29. I shall not engage in or permit any unauthorized use of the BCA Pool League’s name or logo or the unauthorized use of other materials in which the BCA Pool League claims a proprietary interest.
    30. I shall not misrepresent the existence or availability of BCA Pool League membership for any league or member.
    31. I further recognize that all costs for the league are the full and exclusive responsibility of myself and the signed officers below.
    32. I spe­cifically indemnify and hold harmless the BCA Pool League and their employees and directors, of any responsibili­ties, costs and attorney fees, or obligations attendant to the administration of this league.​​
