Need to make a change to an existing registration?
To request a change to an existing registration, complete this form completely and accurately and click the "Submit Change Request" button at the bottom. After we receive your form submission, one of our staff members will contact you at the phone number provided to verbally verify your request and process your change request payment. Please note that no change will be made to your registration without a written request (this form), verbal verification and payment.
NOTE: Changes may take 48-72 hours to be updated in the tournament registration system after verbal verification and payment. To see if your change has been completed, visit the webpage of the specific event, scroll down to the list of participants near the bottom of the page and review. If your change is not reflected in the participant list 72 hours or more after providing verbal verification and payment, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or 702-719-7665.
