New for 2021
Teams are now group round robin tournament format – TEAMS GUARANTEED 4-5 MATCHES!
The team divisions will now use a group round robin tournament format. The goal is to randomly place teams in groups of 5 or 6 (if practical). Teams in a group of six (6) will play at least five (5) matches. Teams in a group of five (5) will play at least four (4) matches. Each match in the group stage consists of 15 games (5-player teams) or 12 games (4-player ladies’ teams) and will be handicapped using FargoRate.
The top two (2) teams from each group (if practical) will advance to a single elimination final bracket. Additional wild card teams may be selected from the group stage to fill the final bracket. All matches in the final stage will be handicapped using FargoRate.

Welcome Party & free t-shirt for everyone
The CSI Wisconsin Advisory Committee will be sponsoring a Welcome Party on Friday, Jan 29, 8pm – midnight. The party will include raffles, music (a live DJ), cash bar and a free event t-shirt giveaway. Every registered event participant who provides his or her shirt size by Jan 18 will receive a free event t-shirt at the Welcome Party (one shirt per participant). To claim your free event t-shirt, scroll down to the section titled “Free Event T-Shirt” and complete the short form.

Invitational 8-Ball Singles event added
To showcase Wisconsin’s best players, we have added an 8-player Invitational 8-Ball Singles event. Players are invited based on several criteria including the top Fargo ratings in Wisconsin. No membership required.

Three (3) divisions of 8-Ball Singles offered
8-Ball Singles will now have three (3) divisions. After all entries are received, the upper 1/3 (approx) will be placed in the Platinum Division, the middle 1/3 (approx) in the Gold Division and the lower 1/3 (approx) in the Silver Division. Races within each division are non-handicapped.

Only two (2) weeks of play in 2020 required
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the difficulty it has placed on leagues, the minimum weeks of play requirement has been set at just two (2) full scheduled weeks in a single division session during the 2020 calendar year. Players must have been BCA Pool League or USA Pool League members for the 2020 league year which ends Dec 31, 2020.

Original player requirements
For all team divisions, at least two (2) players from the same league must be on each team. Other teammates can be from any BCA Pool League or USA Pool League.

Although it is impossible to predict exactly what COVID-19 restrictions may be in place at the time of the event, players should be prepared to adhere to all safety rules & regulations put into place by CueSports International, Ho-Chunk Gaming, Wisconsin state government or local ordinances. Face coverings, social distancing and temperature checks are just a few examples of possible safety precautions that could be in effect. Players accept this when they register and refusal to follow safety rules and regulations is not sufficient justification for a refund.
